Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We know that your time is valuable, so please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each appointment on time. For your convenience, "drop-off' appointments" are available. A drop off means you could bring your cat at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours, or for the day - whatever works best for your schedule. Usually we will ask you to drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctor can examine the patient in between appointments. Once the doctor is done with her examination, she will give you a call to review the exam findings and discuss any further testing that is recommended.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other cats. We recommend that cats are confined in a cat carrier with a blanket that "smells like home" before entering the clinc. Further questions? FAQ's Hours and directions Patient Arrival Policy For the safety of your cats, we recommend transporting them in a cat carrier. If you do not have a carrier, we will be happy to loan you one of ours, or upon your arrival, you can purchase a cardboard cat carrier for use.
Payment Policy We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Local checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
